Robert S. Ecker, President of Sales and Marketing
Having grown up in the business, Robert Ecker has a lifetime of hands-on experience with the design, manufacturing and installation of windows. Through the relationships he's established with hundreds of repeat clients over the years, Robert has also developed a keen understanding of clients' key concerns, and an ability to view a project from the buyer's perspective. His decades of working with manufacturers, and his technical and engineering expertise, contribute to the company's solid reputation for selecting the right manufacturer for each job. Adding to his real-world experience, Robert Ecker earned his degree in Business Management from Ithaca College.
Howard J. Ecker, CEO
Now the Chief Executive Officer of the region's premiere window company, Howard Ecker began his career operating saw machinery in the Ecker factory. He quickly added the full dimension to this practical foundation, completing successive one-year rotations as department foreman, shipping manager, and plant manager. Today, he is responsible for the coordination and completion of all contracts, the supervision of the engineering and installation departments, and the ongoing success of Ecker Window Corporation. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany.
Ebrahim Miandoabi, P.E., Project Manager
With a resumé that includes the management of numerous multi-million dollar high-rise and mid-rise projects for private developers, as well as for public entities such as the New York City Transit Authority, Ebrahim Miandoabi brings over 25 years of engineering and project management to the jobsite. A practicing Professional Engineer, licensed in New York and New Jersey, he earned his degree in Civil Engineering from CCNY.
Roberto Criollo, Engineering Manager
Responsible for all project measurements and shop drawings, Roberto Criollo joined Ecker Window Corporation in 1984. Experienced in field installation and service, he has a background in architectural drafting, degrees in AutoCAD and 3-D modeling, and is currently continuing his education in Civil Engineering.
Steve Couturas, Architectural Sales Representative
A former technical advisor and Senior Sales Representative for a prominent steel window manufacturer, Steve Couturas has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His in-depth knowledge of that field makes him an invaluable resource for working with architects, designers and engineers in developing and integrating design and technical solutions.
Deborah Allerdice, Controller
With her successful entrepreneurial background - she co-founded a microcomputer maintenance company serving Fortune 500 companies and major New York City financial institutions in 1984, and sold it in 1995 - Deborah Allerdice serves Ecker Window Corporation and its clients with her expertise in finance, sales and marketing, and office management. An experienced financial consultant, she earned her degree from Hunter College.
Janet Noone, Executive Administrator
Responsible for the organization and support of the Ecker Window sales team since 1993, Janet Noone has over 20 years of experience in service and customer relations. Prior to joining the Ecker team, she was a Branch Manager for a major financial institution, and responsible for all aspects of its daily operations.
Evadne Bryce, Accounting Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Accounting Department, Evadne Bryce joined Ecker Window Corporation in 2003. Serving the company with a strong work ethic, strict attention to detail and the experience gained by a career in accounting, she keeps the complex operations of accounting running smoothly and dependably.
Bob Funck, Project Manager
Drawing on his multi-faceted background in engineering, software development and construction, Bob coordinates and manages all aspects of the project from planning, to lab and field testing, to material delivery, to installation, and on through after-the-job service. He has lead such complex undertakings as the renovation of 575 Madison Avenue, the window wall and Alucabond panel installation at the Link Condominiums in Manhattan, and notable historic landmark projects, as well., and notable historic landmark projects, as well.
Tommy Tsoungas, Field Supervisor
Responsible for field measurements and installations. Tommy brings more than 25 years experience in the window installation field and has supervised the installation of Ecker projects ranging from custom historic landmarks to a 50,000 window replacement project in NYC.
Rob Monaco, Installation Supervisor
Responsible for specialty aluminum, wood and steel openings. Rob’s diverse background combines detailed custom restorations to large commercial landmark applications.
Maria Padilla, Service Manager
Responsible for scheduling all field service and warranty work.
