Park Ave Place, NYC, NY

This glass condominium tower is being built on 55th St and Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. The building is designed by Kohn Peterson Fox Architects and is a 40 story glass curtain / window wall. Our Engineer worked with Wausau Window and Doors to develop a flush glaze interior set fixed and operable casement window system. The windows are set on a 2 floor slab cover that acts as the window sill starter and head receptor below. This unique system requires not exterior sealants and can all be set from the building floors.
